The role of a Healthcare Assistant means that you will be working alongside many different teams of professionals to ensure our patients receive the best possible care and the most positive outcome. As a Healthcare Assistant, you are the patient advocate, ensuring they are comfortable, supported, well looked after and most importantly listened to. Our passionate and positive Healthcare Assistants provide empathy, friendship and encouragement to enable a more comfortable stay and faster recovery
